Super Mario World/Enemies/Fishin' Boo

Fishin' Boo hangs out in the Choco-Ghost house, found in Chocolate Island. He dangles a bluish ghostly fire from his fishing rod, but there's no reason for Mario to take it. Steer clear and try to stay low if possible.
