Nigerian peppered snail soup is a simple Nigerian soup. It can be served with any Nigerian swallow.

ProcedureEdit

  1. Wash and clean the snails well.
  2. Place the snails in a pot, and cover them with water. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the onions, chopped pepper, stock cube, and salt to the pot of snails. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the palm oil, uziza powder, shredded utazi leaves, and nchu anwu.
  5. Serve hot.
