Cookbook:Carbonated Water
Cookbook | Recipes | Ingredients

Carbonated water, soda water, fizzy water, sparkling water, or seltzer is water that contains dissolved carbon dioxide. This dissolved gas generates bubbles, which makes the liquid fizzy. The dissolved carbon dioxide gives carbonated water a more acidic taste than plain water.
UsesEdit
Carbonated water can be drunk on its own instead of plain water. It can also be used in various beverages. Sometimes carbonated water is used in cooking for its acidity and to help create lighter doughs and batters.
