Trainz/tags/engine tag

The engine tag is part of kind traincar assets and must be defined in any asset of that type with a Boolean value.

It's assigned value must only be defined as a 1 (TRUE or YES) or 0 (FALSE or NO) as it is used to distinguish whether a rolling stock asset is an Locomotive (providing tractive effort), or a towed rail car passively pushed and pulled by locomotives.
Based on this one characters value, Content Manager and the DLS vetting software will expect a great many more data types and containers be specified.
