Ingredients

edit- 1 kg high-protein (e.g. bread) flour
- 150 g low-protein flour
- 11 g yeast
- 30 ml cold water
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
Toppings
edit- 20 ea. shrimp
- 3 cans tuna
- 10 rings sliced onion
- 5 scallops
- 4 fish sticks
- 9 pieces crabstick
- 30 cloves garlic
Sauce
edit- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
Procedure
edit- Knead all the dough ingredients together to make a smooth, stretchy dough. Cover with aluminium foil, and rest until 2 hours in fridge.
- Prepare the toppings, briefly mix all together, and let rest for 3 minutes.
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Roll out the dough into a circle, and spread the sauce on top. Arrange the toppings over top.
- Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
