The file namespace list all files uploaded to Wikibooks and describes them. Wikibooks requires that all uploaded files include proper copyright and licensing information on their description page. Some files (like images, videos, and audio files) can also be embedded on pages.
My file is missing a copyright template, or has {{No license}}.
The solution is go to the file's description page (for images, just click the image itself on the page you added it to), then edit that description page and add the correct tag(s).
All uploads to Wikibooks must have an {{Information}} template and, if not sourced under a compatible license, a {{Non-free use rationale}} template on their file description pages, which can be added when a file is uploaded, following the examples shown below.
