Purpose and Usage
This template (shown at right below and coupled with the generic Fundamentals header template) expresses a right sidebar quick navigation template of handy links aimed at Trainz Newbies with a default on Table of contents bounded by the same table element located beneath.
Modes and parameters
This template is usually included by inclusion via {{TRS-hdrbox}} via another 'Division' Trainz Header template, but is produced separately so it a can be placed on appropriate intermediate and advanced topic pages in Trainz.
When defined by the named parameters '|noTOC= or |inhibitTOC=anything' , the template suppresses generation of a TOC on a page by providing the Wikimedia magic word '__NOTOC__'. This can be overridden by expressing '__FORCETOC__' to manifest a TOC in a better place, or leave the page without one. Extremely short pages or those with just a few sections should use this option for they look unprofessional with a TOC.
The TOC behaviour in Wikimarkup expresses a TOC only where the default processing calculates, or where the first '__TOC__' magic word is emplaced. This behavior allows a long page to include several instances of the template on longer pages.
