Step 1: Discover RCA

Discover RCA introduces three standard reports that are built into the ROSA Model. In this section, we will select the reports individually and examine their purpose and results within the ROSA model.

These built-in reports allow you to review some key results of the RCA Modeling of the company.

When examining these reports, it is recommended that you follow the storyboard as illustrated in Unit 3. Doing this will help you see how the information in the reports fits into the context of the organization.

The three standard reports are:

2. Analyze Resource Pools & Business Processes

3. Analyze Rates
