  • Plain yogurt, 1/2 cup (150 grams or 5.3 ounces)
  • Vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup (125 milliliters or 4.2 US fluid ounces)
  • Sliced peaches, 1/2 cup (40 grams or 1.4 ounces)
  • Sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup (40 grams or 1.4 ounces)

ProcedureEdit

  1. In a blender, blend the peaches, strawberries, yogurt, and ice cream until smooth.

The mixture of ice cream and yogurt gives a richer taste to this smoothie. Replacing the peached with sliced bananas also works well.
