Ẹba, also called garri, is a popular Nigerian food made from cassava flakes (garri) and is eaten with various soups, such as ẹgusi, ẹfọ riro, and ọgbọnọ soup. It is starchy and considered a heavy food.

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Gradually stir in the cassava flour, and cook until it forms a smooth dough.
  3. Serve with your soup of choice.
