Chapman is a sweet non-alcoholic drink widely served at parties and events all across the Nigeria.
Ingredients
edit- 2 bottles (6 liters) Boom blackcurrant beverage
- Water
- 5 pineapples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 12 apples, cored and diced
- 10 watermelons, removed from the rind and diced
Equipment

- Mixing spoon
- Ladle
- Cutting board
- Large knife
Procedure
edit- Pour the blackcurrant beverage into the bowl. While stirring, dilute with water until it reaches your desired flavor.
- If not sufficiently chilled, transfer to the fridge and rest until cold.
- Divide the diced fruits between serving cups, then fill the cups with the beverage and serve.
