• Follicular lymphoma
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia / Small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL)
• Nodal marginal zone lymphoma
• MALT lymphoma (extranodal marginal zone)
• Mantle cell lymphoma
• Burkitt lymphoma

T-cell

• NK/T cell lymphoma
• Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL)

Either

• Lymphoblastic lymphoma

Cutaneous

• Mycosis fungoides (T-cell)
• Cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (T-cell)
• Cutaneous B-cell lymphoma

Treatment:

• Aggressive
• Specific sites
• Radioimmunotherapy
• Proton Therapy
• CNS Metastases
