Interlingual Energizers/Teambuilders

Teambuilders are activities which aim to strengthen the bonds in a group. They are used to spread understanding and trust, things which are necessary to empower the group to target greater goals. In addition to this they can resolve preexisting tensions.

Teambuilders should always be used together with energizers and icebreakers.

• Balance is a game which requires a high level of trust and will create even more
• Counting to 20 is about concentration and listening to each other
• Samurai teaches how to be attentive to others in a group
• Kinsenseis Kimonoo teaches how to be attentive to others and is a bit more fun than Samurai
• Bunny Bunny goes in the same direction as Samurai and Kinsenseis Kimonoo but it makes use of music
