  1. Heat the oil on non-stick pan, and fry the garlic until golden brown.
  2. Add the bacon, prawn, and char siu, then cook slightly for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the scallion, peas, and egg, and cook until all cooked.
  4. Stir in the rice, salt, pepper and jalapeno.
