Tuwo Masara is a swallow food made from corn popular amongst the hausa and Fulani people. it is also known as Corn Fufu.

  1. Boil water in a pot; In a medium-sized pot, bring about 4 cups of water to a boil. Reserve the remaining 1 cup of water for adjustments.
  2. Add corn flour gradually, stirring until it forms a thick and stretchy mix.
  3. Add a little water to the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency. Cover the pot and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Mould tuwo masara into balls and serve.
