Cookbook:Tuna Salad

- 1 large 12oz can tuna
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
- ½ cup carrot, shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

- ¼ small onion, chopped

- 1 large 12oz can tuna
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 large bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 grapes, chopped
- 4/3 hot dogs, rough mince
- 4 bags tatertots just barely de-frostred
ProcedureEdit
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill before serving.
Best served on toast.
2-4 servings.
