Ingredients
edit- 6 sheets of unflavored gelatin
- 6 dl (600 ml) low-fat/fat free fromage frais
- 6 saltspoons (1½ tsp) sugar-free strawberry jam
- 2 egg whites
- 3 saltspoons (¾ tsp) sugar or granulated sugar replacement
- ½ dl (50 ml) boiling water
- Fresh berries
Procedure
edit- Soak gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate them.
- Beat fromage frais and strawberry jam until well-combined.
- Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold into the fromage mixture.
- Take the gelatin sheets out of the water, and dissolve them in the boiling water. Stir this carefully into the strawberry mixture.
- Transfer mixture to individual cups or a bowl, and chill in the refrigerator for several hours until firm.
- Decorate with fresh berries and serve.
