Cookbook:Spicy Chickpeas

Cookbook | Ingredients | Recipes | Appetizers

Spicy chickpeas make a good fall-back meal using ingredients that many pantries will often have lying in a dusty corner, but which are also cheap to pick up.

  1. Strain chickpeas and dry with a towel.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chickpeas, and sauté until slightly colored, about 6 minutes.
  3. Add Dijon mustard and stir.
  4. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
