  1. Remove juice from lemon and oranges and combine with rhubarb cut into small pieces.
  2. Chop lemon and orange rind along with raisins; add to rhubarb.
  3. Mix all and let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Add sugar and bring to a boil, then simmer one hour, stirring often.
  5. When the mixture gets thick, pour into glasses or crock.
  6. When cool, seal.
