Potato poundo is a Nigerian swallow made from potato flour.

  1. Bring water to boil in a small pot.
  2. Stir in potato flour until you get a thick mixture. Continue stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
  3. Add some water, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  4. Stir again to ensure that it's smooth.
  5. Remove from the fire and put in a wrapper.
  6. Serve with any soup of your choice.
