This dish contains pasta and chopped hot dogs, baked in an oven. If fresh pasta is used for this recipe, the amount of pasta must be doubled.

Ingredients

• 200 g pasta (can be reduced)
• 300 g hot dogs, chopped
• 1 leek, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 350 g maize corn (optional)
• 4 eggs
• 2 dl milk
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper

Procedure

1. Boil and drain the pasta according to directions on package.
2. Combine pasta, hot dogs, red pepper, and maize corn in a baking dish.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk together, and season as needed with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients, and bake everything together in a 200–225°C oven for 25–35 minutes.
