Ozark pudding is a baked cake-type pudding that apparently originated in the Ozark region of the USA.



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all ingredients, starting with eggs, ending with nuts.
  3. Grease casserole dish, pour in casserole.
  4. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  5. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
