  1. Grease a baking pan that will fit the matzah sheets.
  2. Spread about ½ cup sauce in the pan to cover the bottom.
  3. Place 1 matzoh sheet on top.
  4. Spread more tomato sauce over the matzah.
  5. Spread a layer of cottage cheese on top of the matzah.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Repeat these layers until all 4 matzah sheets are used.
  8. Spread tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Add ½ cup water
  10. Cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes.
