For 4 servings:

  1. Grease a pan to fit the matzah boards.
  2. Spread about ½ cup sauce to cover pan.
  3. Place the 1 matzoh board on top.
  4. Spread more tomato sauce over the matzah.
  5. Place a layer of cottage cheese on top of the matzoh.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Repeat these layers until all 4 matzahs are used.
  8. Spread tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Add ½ cup water
  10. Cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175˚C) for 35-40 minutes.
