- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
- 2 green chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
- 3 scallions (white part only), sliced thin
- 200 g bean sprouts, soaked in hot water
- 25 g fresh parsley
- Duck meat, sliced 1 cm thick
- 600 g cooked rice
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. habanero
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1½ tbsp. salt

- Heat the butter and sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, red and green chillies, and scallion. Fry, stirring, for 15 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the duck meat, bean sprouts, and parsley. Stir until the duck meat changes color.
- Add the rice, and then the soy sauce, habanero, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
- Serve hot.
