Coconut oil

Coconut oil, alternatively called coconut butter, is an edible fat derived from the coconut fruit. At cooler room temperatures it remains a solid, and it generally begins to liquefy around 25˚C (77˚F). Sometimes coconut oil may be hydrogenated to keep it solid at warmer temperatures.
