  1. Heat oil to 350°F. Meanwhile, sprinkle wingettes with kosher salt and black pepper. Fry in batches for 12 minutes. Drain on a cooling rack.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl large enough to toss wingettes. Add wingettes and toss to coat. Serve.
