Procedure
edit- Soak, peel, and drain the chickpeas.
- Blend the peeled chickpeas with chopped onions, pepper, and crayfish with warm water in batches.
- Pour the purée into a bowl, and season with salt and oil. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into molds, and place in a steamer.
- Steam for 40 minutes. Remove from the steamer and unmold.
