  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes (or until the pasta is soft).
  2. Drain the pasta so that no water remains in the pan. Return drained pasta to the pan.
  3. Add the cream, cheeses, chicken, and hoisin sauce to the pasta.
  4. Cook for a few minutes to warm everything through.
  5. Serve.
