Cookbook:Cheesy Chicken Pasta

- Dried pasta (whatever shape you like)
- 75 g cream cheese
- 75 g mozzarella cheese
- 75 g cheddar cheese
- 35-55mL hoisin sauce
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
ProcedureEdit
- Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes (or until the pasta is soft).
- Drain the pasta so that no water remains in the pan. Return drained pasta to the pan.
- Add the cream, cheeses, chicken, and hoisin sauce to the pasta.
- Cook for a few minutes to warm everything through.
- Serve.
