Cassava salad is a type of salad made with boiled cassava and vegetables. It can be easily prepared at home.

- Lemon juice

Procedure
edit- Place cassava in a pot, and add just enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, then drain the cassava of excess water. Cool the cassava.
- Slice the cassava into small pieces, and place it in a large bowl.
- Add the red bell pepper, red onion, green onion, celery, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise.
- Toss well to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
