Achi soup is a Nigerian soup prepared with meat and vegetables. Achi seed makes it easy and fast to prepare.
- Wash and boil all the meats in a pot. Add seasoning cubes, salt, and onions. Allow it to cook until the meat is soft.
- Stir in the pepper, crayfish, ogiri, and onions. Cook for at least 7 minutes.
- Add the palm oil, and taste for seasoning.
- Stir in the ground achi, adding water if it is too thick, and allow it to simmer.
- Stir in the uziza leaves. Simmer for at least 9 minutes.
