Abacha mmiri (literally "water cassava flakes"), also known as bobozee, is a Nigerian snack prepared from cassava.

  1. Peel the cassava, then cut into slices. Rinse well.
  2. Boil cassava in a pot of water until done.
  3. Soak the cooked cassava overnight. Rinse thoroughly the next day, and drain away any remaining water.
  4. Season cassava slices with salt to taste.
  5. Add coconut, palm kernel, and roasted groundnut.
