Use this in place of regular black pepper for a burst of flavor. It's also great as a steak rub or blackening seasoning.

Ingredients

• 1 cup black peppercorns
• ¼ cup whole coriander seeds
• ¼ cup rock salt
• 2 tbsp granulated garlic
• 2 tbsp dried minced onion
• 4 sugar cubes

Procedure

1. Combine everything, and put it in your pepper mill.
2. Use like you would ordinary pepper.
