Ingredients

- Greens (e.g. spinach)
- Butter
- Black pepper
- Salt
Procedure
edit- Separately boil the potatoes and greens until tender. Drain both.
- Mash the potatoes.
- Squeeze as much liquid as possible out of the greens, then finely chop them.
- Combine the potatoes, chopped greens, butter, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased mold, then bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
