Ingredients
edit- 1 onion, diced
- 350 g lamb meat or 4 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 L broth
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 400 g diced tomatoes (with garlic if possible)
- 200 g dried apricots divided into 8 portions
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Cayenne
- Carrots (optional)
- Sweet potatoes (optional)
Procedure
edit- Fry the onion lightly in oil.
- Add spices and the rest of the ingredients, and cook until ready. The cooking time depends on the meat used and on whether carrots and sweet potatoes are added.
