Short description: Easy to cook family recipe with sausage as main ingredient for 6 people or for 2 people and 4 lunch boxes

Optional EquipmentEdit

Procedure (brief)Edit

  1. Put cooking equipment and ingredients on the kitchen table
  2. Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F)
  3. Rinse and slice the potatoes in thin 0.5 cm slices using a kitchen knife, a cheese slicer or a grater
  4. Put the potatoes in the cake tin and spread them out
  5. Pour 30 ml of olive oil in a way so it covers the entire tin and the potatoes
  6. Also pour the 3 ml salt all over the tin and the potatoes so everything is covered
  7. Then put the tin inside the oven and put the timer on 25 minutes
  8. Put the 15 ml olive oil and 20 g butter into a frying pan and turn on stove on power 4/9
  9. Remove the sausages from the package/packages and if the sausages are stuck together cut them loose with a scissor
  10. When the butter begins to melt put the sausages in the frying pan and increase power to 9/9
  11. The total frying time for the sausages should be 10 minutes and after that turn off the power
  12. While it is frying make sure to have a fish slice available to turn sausages around
  13. Turn them so that they are fried 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side
  14. Use the fish slice to make sure the sausages are fried on all sides
  15. When the sausage is done start with the salad by rinsing it and cut it in small pieces (wip)
  16. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water and put them together with the salad in a bowl
  17. When the potatoes are ready take them out of the oven and the food is done
