- 8 lamb sausages for frying
- 12 small potatoes or 10 medium sized ones weighing approximately 971g
- 12 cherry tomatoes for sallad
- 200g Romaine lettuce
- 30 ml olive oil for potatoes in oven
- 15 ml olive oil for frying
- 3 ml iodised salt
- 20g of butter for frying

- mandoline mandoline (Q1501252) which is a tool to cut thin slices of potatoes
Procedure (brief)Edit
- Put cooking equipment and ingredients on the kitchen table
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F)
- Rinse and slice the potatoes in thin 0.5 cm slices using a kitchen knife, a cheese slicer or a grater
- Put the potatoes in the cake tin and spread them out
- Pour 30 ml of olive oil in a way so it covers the entire tin and the potatoes
- Also pour the 3 ml salt all over the tin and the potatoes so everything is covered
- Then put the tin inside the oven and put the timer on 25 minutes
- Put the 15 ml olive oil and 20 g butter into a frying pan and turn on stove on power 4/9
- Remove the sausages from the package/packages and if the sausages are stuck together cut them loose with a scissor
- When the butter begins to melt put the sausages in the frying pan and increase power to 9/9
- The total frying time for the sausages should be 10 minutes and after that turn off the power
- While it is frying make sure to have a fish slice available to turn sausages around
- Turn them so that they are fried 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side
- Use the fish slice to make sure the sausages are fried on all sides
- When the sausage is done start with the salad by rinsing it and cut it in small pieces (wip)
- Rinse the tomatoes under cold water and put them together with the salad in a bowl
- When the potatoes are ready take them out of the oven and the food is done
