Fill the ingredients in order into a large container.

Use for cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease and line a cake pan or cupcake pan.
  2. Beat the butter in a mixing bowl until soft (1-2 minutes using mixer, 3-4 minutes by hand).
  3. Add in desired amount of cake mix and combine for around 30 seconds.
  4. Add rest of ingredients and beat for 1-2 minutes until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into greased and lined cake pans.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes for cupcakes, 20-25 minutes for 8-inch cakes, or 30-38 minutes for 9×13-inch cakes, until Golden. Transfer to a wire rack and leave them to cool.
