Herrencreme is a high-calorie dessert based on custard and cream originating in Germany.
- 1 liter of milk
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 packets of custard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/4 liter of whipped cream
- 1/2 packet of grated chocolate
- some rum
Boiled a pudding from milk, sugar, salt and the custard powder. Let the pudding cool and place a cling film on the pudding to prevent lumps and skin formation.
After cooling, put the pudding in a mixing bowl and stir in some rum, the whipped cream and the chocolate sprinkles.
Then leave to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours.
