Notes, tips, and variations
edit- All ingredients should be at room temperature (70–80°F/21–27°C).
- Cooking times may vary between various models of ovens.
- This dough can also be made into 12–16 rolls/buns, 6–8 mini loaves, or 1 regular sized loaf of bread.
- To cut the cooking time in half, preheat oven to 400°C. Then bake for 15 minutes and your rolls/buns or mini loaves will come out golden brown. You might want to cook it slightly longer for a regular size loaf of this bread.
- You can use all-purpose flour if you don't happen to have bread flour.
