|Ham and Cheese Crepes|
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- In small bowl, combine cheese, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, and mustard and mix well.
- Lay one slice of ham on each crêpe.
- Spread about 1 Tbsp of the mixture over each ham slice.
- Roll up crêpes, and arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Combine melted butter and bread crumbs, and sprinkle over crepes.
- Cover pan loosely with foil.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350˚F.
