Ham and Cheese Crepes

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. In small bowl, combine cheese, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, and mustard and mix well.
  3. Lay one slice of ham on each crêpe.
  4. Spread about 1 Tbsp of the mixture over each ham slice.
  5. Roll up crêpes, and arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  6. Combine melted butter and bread crumbs, and sprinkle over crepes.
  7. Cover pan loosely with foil.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350˚F.
