Ingredients
edit- 1 egg
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- Bacon strips (very thin and lean)
- Very fine cracker crumbs or dust
- Butter
Procedure
edit- Beat the egg with the Tabasco sauce.
- Dip bacon in the egg mixture, and roll in cracker dust.
- Add butter to a frying pan over medium heat. When pan is well heated, add the bacon. Fry until golden brown.
- Flip bacon over, cook the other side, and serve on a napkin.
