  • 5 oz dried lily bulbs
  • 10 pieces of pastie paper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water

ProcedureEdit

  1. Wash and soak dried lily bulbs for one hour.
  2. Strain water.
  3. Place bulbs in sauce pan with one cup of water and cook until soft.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until it dissolves and let cool.
  5. Once cooled beat in eggs.
  6. Placed mixture in center of a pastries paper and place in hot oil.
  7. Finished cooking when it has turned to a golden brown.
