Cookbook:Fried Chicken and Fried Potatoes

  1. Peel potatoes, and slice into small or large wedges.
  2. Heat oil in the pan to almost boiling temp.
  3. Fry potatoes in oil until they are light brown.
  4. Once done, salt the potatoes to desired level.
  5. Fry the chicken (in smaller pieces) for ~5 min.
  6. Drain the oil or move the chicken to a different pan.
  7. Salt the chicken, add ¾ cup of water and let simmer for ~15-20 minutes.
  8. Combine chicken and potatoes (potatoes on top).
  9. Add cumin and let simmer for ~20 minutes.
