Ingredients

• 1 small can frozen orange juice
• 1 cup skim milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup sugar
• 14 ice cubes, crushed

Procedure

1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy.
