Ingredients

• 4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup white sugar
• ½ tsp salt

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients.

Use

For each serving of hot cocoa, add 2 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir until smooth.
