Cirdingis (pronounced as "jirdingish") is a traditional Chechen meal consisting of dumplings and meat served with accompanying sauces. It may also be called "galnish".

1. Make a "crater" in the middle of flour

3. Mix with hands to form a dough

4. Knead dough well until smooth
