This rub is great on steak, pork, and chicken.

Ingredients

• 1 cup smoked paprika
• ½ cup salt
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• ¾ cup dehydrated lemon peel
• ½ cup black pepper
• ¼ cup dried rosemary
• ⅓ cup granulated garlic
• ½ cup chipotle powder
• 2 tsp hickory smoke powder (if you can't find this, use 2 drops liquid smoke in the dish.)

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
