BBQ sam-chang-bak is a very simple barbecue seasoning recipe for pork meat.

Ingredients

• 3 katis (1.8–2 kg / 4 lbs) of pork (sam-chang-bak)
• 5 tablespoons char-siu sauce
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• Pepper
• A few drops of tenderizer

Procedure

1. Sprinkle the tenderizer on the meat, then mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat.
2. Barbecue the meat until done.
