BBQ sam-chang-bak is a very simple barbecue seasoning recipe for pork meat.


  • 3 katis (1.8-2 kg) (4 lbs) of pork meat (sam-chang-bak)
  • 5 tablespoons of char-siu sauce
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • pepper
  • A few drops of tenderizer


  1. Sprinkle the tenderizer on the meat, then mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat.
  2. Barbecue!
