  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream, beaten to soft peaks

ProcedureEdit

  1. Combine espresso, sugar, chocolate, salt, and chocolate syrup.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Chill for 20 minutes; serve.
