Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 sticks butter
• 1 cup sugar
• Ground coriander
• 1 cup flour

Procedure

1. Pre-heat oven to 320°F.
2. In a bowl, gently crack egg.
3. Add a cup of sugar.
4. Add 2 sticks of melted butter and flour.
5. Add a small pinch of coriander.
6. Mix well, roll into a round shape.
7. Place on a cookie sheet.
8. Bake for an hour.
