Cookbook:Baked Cabbage and Bacon
- Boil the cabbage until tender. Drain.
- Fry the chopped bacon in butter.
- Combine the cooked cabbage, bacon, parsley, egg, cheese, cayenne, and chopped onion. Season to taste with salt.
- Transfer mixture to a glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 180˚C.
- Serve with toasted bread.
